(1) Developed and Executed Long-Term Plan - Partnered with organization's Leadership Team to clarify desired outcomes, identify gaps in capabilities, highlight internal opportunities for improvement, model financial outcomes and create workforce plan.  Outcome was a detailed financial plan for required investment and capability enhancement to drive success, including a methodology to redeploy $1M to the most impactful opportunities.


(2) Improved Cash Flow - Focused finance team efforts on responsibly increasing cash flow by evaluating process ranging from banking to accounting software to methodology.  Specific solutions include producing positive cash flow from banking relationship, automating expense processing, improving contract payment/receipt terms and altering travel policy.  


(3) Outsourcing Decision - Developed a solution to transition internal operations to external source, saving the company approximately $750k per year.  Impacted employees were transitioned to other roles within the organization.  Additionally, the proposed solution created new opportunities for customer engagement.


(4) Implemented Annual Planning Process - Initiated annual planning processes that provide Leadership Teams visibility into the required investment for all areas of business.  Drove ownership of projects, processes and programs to most appropriate responsibility level within the organization.  Created a framework for comprehensive internal ROI evaluation.
